Our Services
Touch-Ups
We spend 5-20 minutes in each room, replacing cracked or moldy caulking in bathrooms, touch-up any scuffs or dings in walls, doorways or furniture.
Repairs
We can also fix broken or cracked flooring, do drywall repairs and can tackle minor plumbing and electrical fixes.
Maintenance
We look for problem areas in high-usage fixtures and focus on maintaining them so that problems don’t pop up in the future. We can de-scale plumbing fixtures, lubricate door hinges or other door adjustments.
